The Cost of swimsuits is not included in your registration fees. The boys suits will cost $50 and the girls suits cost $70. Suits will be available for athletes to try on at this session but will be distributed in the month following the swimsuit try-on. Swimsuits can be paid for using e-transfers at the swimsuit try-on.

The Seawolves relies heavily on the dedication of volunteers to ensure the smooth operation of our club. We are always looking for volunteers for various roles, including board members, team managers, team chaperones, minor officials, and etc. Your involvement is crucial for the success of our club and events. Please keep an eye out for opportunities to contribute and support our team.
We are moving to a point system to track volunteer hours. SLAD there is no point requirement. Pups = 6 points. U12, U14, & U18 = 12 points.
Examples of points may include: checking-in players for Pupfest or operating the gate at MNP for an event (1 point), transporting the nets for Pupfest (2 points), chaperoning a tournament (6 points).
Tournaments rely on family volunteers for roles like Shot Clock Operator, Game Secretary, and Penalty Secretary. For more information regarding minor officiating, please visit: Alberta Water Polo Minor Official Training.
Please visit our Volunteer Guidelines on our By-Laws and Policies page.
To ensure that we have adequate support during the season we will require all families to supply one volunteer cheque in the amount of $300 which will be cashed at the end of the season if your volunteer commitment is not fulfilled.
Once every 18 months we are given the opportunity to volunteer at a casino and the club receives a portion of the casino revenue for the date. The date is assigned to us and we are required to staff the casino, no experience required. This event is very important to the club, a significant source of revenue, which keeps our fees as low as possible.
To ensure that families support the club in fulfilling this important volunteer commitment we will also require a casino cheque, for families with athletes on all teams except for Swim Like a Dolphin, in the amount of $300 which will be cashed if we do not have adequate casino volunteers and your casino commitment is not fulfilled. The date of the casino will be January 19/20 2025. Please mark your calendars for these dates.
For clarity, there will be two cheques required from all families (each $300) other than from families that only have athlete(s) in Swim Like a Dolphin. Once the volunteer and casino commitment is fulfilled the corresponding cheque will be destroyed. If your volunteer commitment or casino commitment is not fulfilled we may cash the corresponding cheque
Currently, there are no fundraising requirements or activities planned for the 2025-26 season.
