Season runs September 2025 to April 2026.

Practices start the week of September 15.

*Schedule may be subject to change for reasons beyond our control. MNP is undergoing a significant renovation this year and there will be periods where the MNP pool space is modified. There are two schedules for 14U and 18U - adapted schedule for September to December during the renovations and the regular schedule from January to April once the renovations are completed.

**City League Update: Due to MNP renovations, this season’s City League may run under a different format with practices instead of games. We are awaiting confirmation from AWPA and will share updates as soon as possible.

swim like a dolphin & Pups (10U co-ed)

Our U10 programs offer a fun and engaging introduction to the sport for young athletes. Participants will build foundational swimming and water polo skills—all while enjoying themselves. Swim Like a Dolphin runs in two sessions: September to December and January to April. Athletes will have the opportunity to take part in four Pups Fest events in Calgary and Okotoks each season.

12u program (born 2014-2015)

Our 12U program is designed to provide an immersive introduction to water polo for young athletes. In this program, players will develop essential swimming and water polo skills in a supportive and enjoyable environment. City league matches occur biweekly on Sunday nights, while athletes have the opportunity to compete in separate fall tournaments from September to December and in the Winter Provincial League from January to April.

City league matches are held biweekly on Sunday nights, with opportunities to participate in fall tournaments from September to December and the Winter Provincial League from January to April.

Our 18U program offers an exciting and engaging water polo experience, featuring fun 4-on-4 beach polo (3 players and 1 goalie). Teams compete in the City League biweekly on Sundays, and the Youth WP4s League, which runs from September to April.
